ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 5 August 2026

Our commitment to accessibility

RS Consulting is committed to making its website and recruitment services accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, access needs or who use assistive technologies.

We aim to provide an inclusive experience for candidates, clients and other website visitors. We are continually reviewing our website and processes to identify and address accessibility barriers.

This accessibility statement applies to the website:

www.rsconsulting.uk

RS Consulting is the trading name of Raiyan & Suhayb Consulting Ltd.

Using this website

We want visitors to be able to:

  • navigate the website using a keyboard;

  • access the website using commonly used screen readers and assistive technologies;

  • zoom in without content becoming unusable;

  • understand the website’s text and instructions;

  • identify headings, links, buttons and form fields clearly;

  • submit enquiries and applications using accessible forms; and

  • access our services through an alternative method where the website cannot meet their needs.

We aim to use clear language, logical page structures, meaningful headings and appropriate colour contrast throughout the website.

Accessibility standards

We are working towards meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA, commonly referred to as WCAG 2.2 AA.

At the date of this statement, the website has not undergone a complete independent accessibility audit. We therefore do not currently claim that every page or feature fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA.

We are continuing to review and improve the website as its content and functionality develop.

Areas we are reviewing

We are reviewing the website for potential accessibility issues, including:

  • alternative text for images;

  • colour contrast;

  • keyboard navigation;

  • visible keyboard focus;

  • heading structures;

  • link and button descriptions;

  • form labels and instructions;

  • error messages on website forms;

  • text resizing and page zoom;

  • mobile and tablet accessibility;

  • compatibility with screen readers;

  • video captions and transcripts, where video content is used;

  • downloadable documents; and

  • third-party tools or website features.

Some third-party features may be provided by external platforms over which we do not have complete technical control. Where a third-party feature creates an accessibility barrier, we will try to provide an alternative way to access the relevant information or service.

Recruitment and application accessibility

We want candidates to be able to participate fully in our recruitment processes.

You can contact us if you:

  • cannot access or complete an application form;

  • cannot upload your CV through the website;

  • require information in an alternative format;

  • require a reasonable adjustment during an application or interview process;

  • need additional time or a different communication method;

  • require communication through email rather than telephone, or telephone rather than email;

  • use assistive technology;

  • need help accessing information about an opportunity; or

  • experience any other accessibility barrier when dealing with RS Consulting.

Where possible, we will work with you and the relevant client to make reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process.

Requesting an adjustment will not negatively affect how we represent or assess you.

You do not need to provide detailed medical information when making an initial accessibility request. We will only ask for information that is reasonably necessary to understand and support your needs.

Alternative ways to apply or contact us

If you are unable to use a website form, you can contact us directly by email.

Email: info@rsconsulting.uk

You can send your CV by email or ask us to arrange another suitable way for you to provide your information.

We can also provide information about our services or opportunities in an alternative format where reasonably possible.

This may include:

  • plain-text email;

  • a more accessible electronic document;

  • larger text;

  • information explained over the telephone; or

  • another reasonable format agreed with you.

Reporting an accessibility problem

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our website and recruitment services.

Please contact us if:

  • you find any part of the website difficult to access;

  • a website feature does not work with your assistive technology;

  • you find content difficult to read or understand;

  • you cannot access a document or form;

  • you require information in another format; or

  • you have a suggestion about how we could improve accessibility.

Please email:

info@rsconsulting.uk

Use the subject line:

Accessibility Request

Where possible, please include:

  • the page or feature you were trying to use;

  • a brief description of the problem;

  • the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, where relevant;

  • the format or adjustment you require; and

  • your preferred method of contact.

You are not required to provide technical information if you do not know it.

We will review your request and aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to an accessibility request or concern, please email:

info@rsconsulting.uk

Use the subject line:

Accessibility Complaint

Please explain what happened, how it affected you and what you would like us to do to resolve the issue.

We will investigate the matter and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

You may also seek independent information and advice about disability discrimination and your rights from the Equality Advisory and Support Service.

Technical information

RS Consulting is committed to providing a website and recruitment service that can be used by people with a wide range of abilities, disabilities, devices and assistive technologies.

However, accessibility can be affected by:

  • older browsers or operating systems;

  • individual browser or device settings;

  • third-party applications and embedded content;

  • documents supplied to us by clients or other third parties;

  • website changes that have not yet undergone accessibility review; and

  • technical limitations within our website platform.

We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control and provide an alternative way to access our services where appropriate.

Downloadable documents

We aim to make documents published directly by RS Consulting accessible.

However, some documents, including job descriptions or supporting materials supplied by clients or third parties, may not be fully accessible.

If you have difficulty accessing a document, email info@rsconsulting.uk and we will try to provide the relevant information in a suitable alternative format.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time exercise.

We intend to:

  • review new website content for accessibility;

  • improve image descriptions and page structures;

  • review website forms and navigation;

  • address accessibility feedback;

  • consider accessibility when introducing new website features; and

  • periodically review this statement and our website’s accessibility.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 5 August 2026.

It is currently based on an internal review of the website rather than a complete independent accessibility audit.

We intend to review this statement at least annually and sooner where:

  • significant changes are made to the website;

  • accessibility testing identifies material issues;

  • relevant standards or guidance change; or

  • we receive feedback that requires the statement to be updated.
