25% Starting Commission
We offer a starting commission band of 25% with zero threshold, meaning that you will get a massive quarter of your billings immediately from your first placement.
£200,000 in billings means you would be looking at a minimum of £50,000 in commission on top of an above market basic salary
Remote Working
We believe that Recruitment is a job that can be done from anywhere in the world. We allow our team to work fully remote with optional access to our Central London Office in Aldgate
We support autonomy whilst providing the best tech stacks available in recruitment. As long as you are billing, you are free to work however you'd like.
